Terms and Conditions of awmapp.solutions for users of assistance to social programs of the State of Texas (The User)

1 General

1. awmapp.solutions is a platform for monitoring and managing clients, service providers, and supervisors and collaborators of the agencies that serve as clients of our services.

2. Use of awmapp.solutions is exclusively for contracting agencies under a software use license.

3. awmapp.solutions collects public contact information provided by (The User) such as first name, last name, telephone number, email address, and address as customer identification, as well as first name, last name, telephone number, email address, and address as service provider identification.

4. The information collected by awmapp.solutions is protected in accordance with the awmapp.solutions privacy notice.

5. During the use of awmapp.solutions, the user may receive messages via email and mobile notifications to improve their experience and/or establish contact.

6. This application is for licensed use, without this implying any transfer of ownership or exploitation rights to the user or third parties.

7. The user shall be responsible for all activity carried out under their account. The user also agrees to protect and maintain the confidentiality of their account and password at all times.
